We are Juan and Brent Reaves—brothers and second-generation business owners working hard to honor our dad’s legacy. Building on the foundation laid by our parents, we’ve expanded our brand, Smokey John’s Bar-B-Que & Home Cooking, which now includes restaurant, catering, concessions, and retail. Our journey has led us to win several national food competitions, to be featured in countless local news segments and publications, and even to appear on ABC, CBS, Food Network, Cooking Channel, and A&E TV shows. Besides being foodies, we’re passionate about sports, travel, and navigating life with a smile. Through these conversations, we hope to introduce listeners to not only who we are, but also some pretty cool people who are doing amazing things. Brent’s handsomeness has earned him the nickname “Pretty” while Juan’s quick wit has deemed him “Funny.” Together, we are Pretty Funny!
